Here's a hint (in case you want to try yourself):
Put the rectangular box on the top row, in the middle. Put the ropes on either side of it, like bookends, so that there's a one-space gap in the center of the second row from the top.

I think it would be funny if it had a little of everything. On the way to the island they can tick off a Jetsam or another sea monster, who attacks their ship. They can get attacked by pirates too. Then they can finally make it to the island where they discover one giagantic mutant thing, and also some little mutant things running around. Maybe Sloth made the giant mutant thing, but he couldn't control it, so he made some smaller ones, but the giant mutant thing got mad, and ran Sloth off the island. So now it is run by the giant mutant thing and all his little mutant thing friends. Maybe he will not be so happy to have visitors. Maybe he isn't really mean, he just wants to protect all the little mutants.

I think you can add Atlantis to the list, and maybe we'll get some Tarzan too once we land. The lutari reminds me of Clayton, the bad guy from Tarzan. Heh, I've been trying to remember his name all day
