i feel so silly asking for help, but puzzle 3 has just absolutely stumped me. any help that can be offered will be appreciated. heres my puzzle.

you know, you wouldve thought that scrap would be abe to bend the rope (because it is rope). why did neopets make a puzzle with a character that has no strength at all? WHY?
