) Once you have that : you're in the running. You can also choose to have a vice-president, a campaign manager and so on and so on. This is
unoffical which means : it's just for fun. So you have no real power over the PPT Admins, it's just an honorary position.

All nominations must be in and confirmed by the candidate by July 14th. A candidate can confirm by saying they are running.
