Draik Transmogrification Potion!

Howdy!!

Okay, so I was sitting here doing my dailies as usual and all of a sudden I am blessed with one of the most amazing random events.... Dr. Sloth gave me a Draik Transmogrification Potion!!

So of course I snapped a screenshot and promptly moved it into my Safety Deposit Box. My questions is though, what should I do with this?

It's worth a lot of NP's, certainly far more than what my bank account could ever hope to contain . But at the same time, I know this is the only time I will probably ever have one of these. So what would you do in my shoes? Would you sell it and reap in the rewards of the NP's or would you use it on one of your pets and create your dream pet?

I'm really just hoping to hear other's opinions because I am so torn between what I should do. Perhaps hearing what others would do will help me decide what feels right for me to do!

First of all, way to go!

Personally, I would sell it. It may have been the only time you would have one of those in the past, but if you sell it for a fair price and then change your mind later, chances are you'll now have enough np to buy one.

That happened to me and I sold mine. I know that I'd never use anything like that, so I raked in the dough.

It all depends on if you like using potions or not. Personally, I don't. Things like that don't matter to me. But np does!

Congrats!! If you have any desire to have a Draik, ever, use it. If you have no such desire, it should fetch you a pretty 2-3 million NPs.
Having been in that situation - I snagged one off the Money Tree in early January (no joke, I nearly fell over from the shock when it said I got it and it was in my inventory - took me at least 10 minutes to be able to speak) - I didn't really want one, so I gave it to my sis, who REALLY wanted a Draik. She was so excited, since she'd pretty much given up on ever having one (she doesn't play anywhere near as much as I do).

Show me the money!! Yeah, if you don't have a strong urge to get a draik, then just sell it. If you change your mind, you can always buy it again. Get a good price though, be patient

personally I would sell it...but I've been barely spending NPs lately and saving like mad. Anything of value I get, I sell it right away.

I'm trying to save up NPs to make my pets flashier. but sadly everything I want comes w. a steep price tag.

I would sell it, and deposit the NP in the bank or invest in the stock market. That way, you can get interest/profit from that NP, and will have more than enough NP if you decide you want to buy the potion back sometime in the future. And who knows, maybe there is something else you would like better.

You can make NP from having NP. If you buy stocks at 15 and sell them at a profit, you will start making a profit within a few months. Your sell point depends on your patience. Many people will wait till 60, 90 or even 100 to sell, but many who want quick np sell at lower points like 30 or 45.

My advice is to sell the potion now, and focus on making NP so that if you change your mind, you could afford to buy it.

I also agree - sell it, invest in the bank/stock market. If you want the draik badly, you can always buy it later.

If you want a Draik, use it. But if you don't want a Draik, you can sell it and get a few million from it.

Firstly, Congrats on getting such a valuable RE! To answer your question, I'd definitely sell it (or maybe hoard then sell it ) even if you really want a draik (as long as it's a non-mutant one) because draik eggs are currently 400-500k cheaper than draik trans potions according to the auction genie and trading post. You might also want to consider that since the revamp, the price of both eggs and draik TPs have reduced by at least 1 million NP. I'm not sure if they'll go up again eventually, stay stable or drop even further ...but ultimately its your decision/judgement and good luck regardless of what you end up doing
