Any country can get it, you do not have to be set to USA. If you check and it is not there, go back and try a few more things on.

Both my daughter and myself are in Aust (country set to Aust.) and we got it.

You're right, my bad - I thought only US/Canada can get it because they're the only one that get the link to the mall in the top menu. But as anyone can access the mall via an external link, it makes sense.

And I agree with afyapardess, the ridculously overpriced banner was a fine joke from TNT. And I thnik someone will buy it. Just think how famous that person would become. Not in a particularly good way ("look, it's that loony whou spent 50 bucks on a virtual item"), but still

Oh come on, guys. TNT are damned if they do and damned if they don't at the moment. They didn't have to release an avatar at all - they made it not count towards your total in an attempt to be fair, and we'd have complained if some of us couldn't get it. They released a new avatar (which have been in short supply lately) and tried to make it fair so it doesn't affect gameplay - let's not slam them for it.

Well, I do think they deserve to be slammed for it! Well, not really slammed, I just think we have a right to comment on it because it doesn't make sense. If you needed to buy something to get the av it would make sense for it not to count. But since anyone in any country can get it just by trying some stuff on for free, it makes no sense for it not to count. After all the coco roller counted, and you needed to pay for that one (unless you got a code from someone)

Not that I really care that much, just another instance of TNT being weird.

But I thought the down with NC banner was brilliant. I laughed out loud when I saw the price.

I've no objection to that. But I have a right to defend TNT too if I think they're getting an unfair deal.
I've no hesitation in griping and moaning and ranting if they do something I think is dumb, but releasing an avatar and doing their best to make it fair? No complaints from me there.

i can't get the avatar despite changing my country to us. ive even tried using an online proxy thing but to no avail. any ideas?
