My freind, Msnomer did a study. The results were:
4% get sick
over 50% get nothing
25% neopoints
15% get an item
2% get Neocash
4% get sick

Well, I must be part of that 4% that got sick because I have Reptillioritus and have like no clue how to get rid of it since the cure is like 90k.

Just visit the Healing Springs every half hour. You'll eventually be cured, and it's free!

i did just that since my jetsam got the same thing one time......it wasnt pretty, but it was eventually cured
