You may use it on you OR someone else, but not both. And it doesn't take effect until the start of the next round.

If I resurrect someone and they get killed, do people get the kill points for that?

Yes. And the person's prize money will increase for each round they're alive.

She is also very glad to be allied with Ammer, who has about a zillion items and could easily demolish anyone.

Question: If someone buys a Doubler one round, and then later on they buy another with three more Kill Points, does that person now hit for 8 and heal for 4, or hit for 6 and heal for 3 (meaning the first one wouldn't be accounted for)?

It would actually double again, so 8/4.

Likewise, if someone was to by a Hit Upgrade, then a Doubler, they'd be 6/2. If they bought a Heal Upgrade, then a Doubler, they'd be 4/4.
