I've finally discovered an email address for a friend I haven't seen for almost a yearr. I email her on my yahoo account, then when I check back later, its says I'm underage just to check my MAIL!!! Its absurd!! If my birthday wasn't coming up in like a few days, I would sent so many complaint mails. Now I hope whatever email I get doesn't disappear, I mean she was my best friend since like second Grade!

I know I keep ranting on, but what should I do?

If you don't read the rules for certain websites, things like this will always come up.
Try creating a temporary account with hotmail or some other free email service and email your friend again. Seeing as you now have the address it shouldn't be a problem.

They're doing that to "protect" you youngins because of the COPPA law.

Some websites want to protect youngfer person, I know it may sounds absurd, but, that's how the web is thinking. The rules are different from site to site...

I know, but the time of going to to the barricade was twenty minutes apart! In 20 minutes they locked me out!Well, my brithday is on the second of August, so only two more days of worrying...

EDIT: Its my birthday and they STILL won't let me on!
