That would be a minimum of an extra US$50 a month to get BBC America in this part of the country. It is not really worth it since the other channels that would be included aren't really that good either. (No one needs 50 more MTVs! Although CNN International and all the other Discovery and History Channels would be great).
Ahhhhhhh.
Fair enough, I wouldn't pay $50 a month for the BBC.
Actually, we pay about $20 a month for it via direct taxation..

My favorite comedy is 30 Rock.
Yes! I love that show. Tina Fey is a genius, and Alec Baldwin is great too. I hope they win the Golden Globe.

Other than that, a few other comedies I like are Ugly Betty and Weeds (Showtime). But I'm downloading weeds so I'm not caught up yet.

Actually, one of the reasons I would end up getting BBC America is because it is in the same pack as Showtime, and my dad wants me to watch Weeds. I would watch it a little when he had it on. It is a hilarious show.

I don't think Omid Djalili's funny :P
The Friday Night Project is easily the funniest thing on television :)

Let's be serious, we all know the world's best comedy looks a little something like this.

But My Family and Little Britain aren't that bad on BBC America, and I love the occasional Fawlty Towers or Flying Circus rerun. Hollyoaks is also good for cheap laffs.

Dead Like Me was canceled because Bryan Fuller (the producer) had creative issues with the network, or something. He also made Wonderfalls, which is also canceled.

However, if you liked Dead Like Me, then you should watch Pushing Daisies. Another show by the same guy. The pilot is absolutely perfect.

I like The Simpsons (I'm amazed no one has mentioned that yet), Pushing Daisies, and Keeping Up Appearences.
