Things you need to do: Fill it with content, and a real menu, I just made the div-layers. You can exchange the picture if you want, the design won't change, not even the menu, it's all separated divs.

It looks right in Firefox and Internet Explorer, don't know about any other browser, but I think it would be correct there too.
