Sold for seven-point-four mil.

Here's the thing: that's about the cap for them, because of the hidden tower item "Magical Marbles of Mystery." That gives a 100% freeze (just like H4000 helmet), but also does 3 damage (physical, I think...).

And that's only 8 mil.

So since it's better than the H4000, it costs more - and since its price is capped at 8 mil, the H4000 will never get near the price of the marbles.

EDIT: For the record, I bought mine at 200k when it was still called the Hypno Helmet.
