We have a thread for lunch so I am making one for dinner.

I had rice with vegetables, beef and chicken wings today.

Yummy healthy stuff:
romaine lettuce with pears and craisins,
steamed corn,
fresh whole grain bread,
ritz-coated fish,
and skim milk.
