Reptillioritus cure too pricey; any other way?

#1 Post by purplecupcake00 »

Hey, my pet came down with Reptillioritus while playing Quasalan Expellibox. I checked the shop wizard for the cure, Cactopus Cream, and nothing came up. So I checked the trading post, expecting the worst. The cheapest I could find the cure for was still over a million np, so that's not going to be an option for me.
Is there any other way to get a hold of it? The Pharmacy never seems to have it, and so far the Healing Faerie hasn't cured his illness.

Thanks,
Sam

The only other place you could check would be the Auctions.
If it was me, I'd keep trying the healing springs. You can go once every half hour, for free. Better to get a free cure than fighting to get one that costs that much!
Also, if you're worried about your pet being upset: don't go to your quick reference page, and he/she won't decline in happiness as fast.

Or just keep going to the Healing Springs every half hour until your pet is fully healed. It could take a while, but it'll happen eventually.

Cactopus Cream, the cure, is around 100,000 np. You can either buy one off the Trading Post, one from Auctions, or visiting the Healing Springs every 30 mins. You could also buy Poisonous Jelly and hope to get a cheaper disease.

Healing Springs. Once you go Healing Springs, you'll never go back.

I always use the Healing Springs. Sure, sometimes my pets go days without being healed, but eventually they are and I never have to put a single np into it.

The Wheel of Excitement and Coltzan's Shrine also sometimes heal, so it's worth trying those as well :)

Warm Amber Ointment I think it's called can cure anything. Or feed your pet a poisonous jelly to get a different disease.
