my sister transfered her neopet over to me, she wants out of neopets. is there a way that she can transfer her points to me?

you can set up a trade. trade a junk item and get her to bid all of her np on it.

others can offer but you can choose whose offer to accept- obviously you must reject other offers and accept your sister's.
although if it is a bunch of junk items I doubt others will be interested.
