New Destruct-O-Match Game!!

DOM II is my unwind game, clicked on it and it was different...it's a III now! What do you think of the new one?

I think it's fine. I neither love it nor hate it, so I guess that puts me smack dab in the middle, huh? lol It's the same thing pretty much, though now it plays right to left instead of left to right.

The points ratio is pretty good right now. I keep mixing up all the new symbols, but I'm slowly getting the hang of it. The yellow and orange are still too close together. I like playing two classic boards at once. And the destroyboulders cheat no longer works. But it seems to be cleaner and faster (not that I minded the old version). *shrugs*

As I'm easily amused, I really like the brighter colors. The older versions fit in a bit better with the Tyrannian landscape, but this is shinier.

It might be that I'm distracted by the shiny, but it seemed way easier to get 1k from this than previous Destruct-O-Matches. I'll be amazed if TNT doesn't lower the ratio of points : neopoints.

The shuffle and undo powerups do make things much easier, if you actually remember to use them. However, powerups that were a lot more common in Destruct-O-Match II seem to be a lot more rare. It could be that I'm just not getting many Fill and Explode boulders by chance, though.

I really really really like the new Destruct-O-Match. So much easier than its predecessor. Added it to my Favorites

Wow. I like the sharpness of the blocks quite a bit. Destructo Match has always been a favorite of mine.

WAAA I WANT THE OLD DESTRUCTO BACK!
Ugh. Sorry to break the happy mood, but what is this, exactly? They could've added new modes without changing everything! Now it just looks all plastic-y and horrible. I do like Double Trouble Extremem mode, though.

I've played the new game and can consistently get WC pieces, so I guess that is ok.

Can someone please let me know how folks are getting scores of 4000+?

Is there a code you are using? I know much of this new game falls onto if you get the 3x power up on the later boards. But it can't be all luck, too many have scored 4000+ for it to just be lucky.

Yeah. I prefer the old version too.

There is a glitch in the game and people have been abusing it.

So at least I know I'm probably still a decent player
