As a result of a poll posted nearly two months ago, a minimum score limit has been announced, but not yet implemented. Please note this new paragraph of the first post:

Is there a minumum score?
Not at the moment. However, as of September 1, 2008, there will be a score requirement. As of that date, pets with a score of less than 80 will not be on the list. This serves two purposes:
-Owners must have taken at least a minimum interest in increasing their pets' statistics (which was the original psychological goal of this list when Koddo established it).
-The list will not become so unwieldy as to become difficult to update.
