Please help Password no longer works

I have been a neopet player for over 3 years. For some reason yesterday my password failed to work.

When I use the following feature:

Forgotten your password?
Enter your username in the box below and we will email your password to you.

I do not receive anything.

When I use the following feature:

Forgotten your username?
Enter your email address in the box below and we will email you the login info.

I receive a password to an account I opened 3 years ago and have never used since. I actually do not even have a current pet there.


Can anyone suggest who to contact. I am a premium member and play on my cell phone as well. Not to mention all of the plushies and cards I bought my daughter over the years. I would hate to loose all of the work.

Sounds like you've been scammed. Contact TNT right away and tell them that, and ask them to freeze the account for the time being. Good luck.
