Recovering from the hookah bar last night and wishing I could move like the belly dancer there
Re: How are you feeling? (Splitrageous!)
Tired but happy. Pleased that I danced well and placed well in the feis yesterday (2 seconds and 3 thirds out of 6 dances total -- including all my hardshoe dances, which are usually challenging for me). Glad that I got to hang out with my dance friends from NC all weekend. Contemplating moving back to NC after graduation. A little sad/homesick that I'll be spending Thanksgiving in Atlanta, far from friends and family.
Happy for Pickles for her new job and Katherine for her volleyball tournament.

Blue graffitied on my signature... But it made me laugh, so it's all good!

I'm not sure what I feel right now. It's definitely not sadness but I'm not elated either. I guess I'm just, feeling neutral. If that's possible.
I went to go see Twilight yesterday
Edit:
Congratulations Pickles and Katherine!

Well, the news is out now (at my current job). I'm pretty relieved it's done, as I was all shaky earlier before I went to talk to my boss about it.

Anxious. I have a project that I'd wanted to complete by Thanksgiving, but unfortunately the other people I'm working with don't move that fast. I can't finish without them, and there's not too many more days left!

Narmy.

Re: How are you feeling? (Splitrageous!)
Confused and worried about my dad's sanity after getting this message from him:
Note that I'm in school for epidemiology, the study of the determinants and distribution of diseases in populations, and not entomology, the study of insects (and my dad has been aware of the definition of epidemiology for more than a dozen years now, thanks to me). And a quick google and google news search revealed nothing that would scream "Public Health Day" or "entomology day." Which makes it all quite random.
Congratulations on your chosen career of entomology, which will protect us folks of the general public and defend those innocents falsely accused of evil (like Mrs. O’Leary and her cow!). Have a great Public Health Day!

Okay for once. Not super happy, but i'm not feeling down either.
I think talking with one of my friends like I havent been able to do in a while definately helps.
..and time off from school

Aggravated and wishing things were different. Also wishing a certain place I just discovered was right around the corner instead of 40 minutes away :/

My feet hurt, but I'm happy!
I was at my VB tournament and I just got home and ate. We won(but it's a friendly play, so it's kinda against the rules to keep score) and I got a lot of great footage on my camera!

So apparently it's Public Health Thank You Day. And my dad swears the entomologist thing was laziness in accepting the first suggestion from his spellchecker.
I'm used to people mixing up epidemiology with dermatology, but entomology's a new one.
