Do you and your wife use the same computer? Either way, here I go again with the same ol' fix it suggestion: try clearing your browser's cache and delete your temporary internet files. That tends to clear up issues I have. My son uses my laptop sometimes even though he's got his own, but since mine's on, it's more convenient for him. He'll get his prizes when I don't. I go through the clearing process and that usually takes care of it. If you are sharing your computer, that page may still be thinking it's your wife's account. Refreshing it may help also.

hmmm .... this has happened several times in the past 10 days since they started this little give-away ... a multi million dollar a year company, and they can't do a simple script ...

I so long for the days of old when it was just a handful of people working on the site and they treated and handled things with a personal touch instead of the faceless/nameless conglomerate it is now who's bottom line is the almighty $$$

I visited the Giveaway page at about 2pm today (UK time) and got the same error message as I did yesterday when I tried to claim a prize. I just visited it again before I go to bed (10pm, UK time) and now when I try to either click on my Bookmark or the link from Neopets' Front Page, I get directly taken to the FAQs page instead of the front page for the Giveaway. Erm... yeah. Did anyone manage to claim the Bonus Prize today? (I don't visit the Neoboards anymore so this is the only place I can ask. ) I thought you could claim the Bonus Prize up to 12am NST on 13th... but its only 2pm NST... unless I read it wrong.

Well, I glitched out too, and am also getting the FAQs now. No replies either to my Bug Reports. Nice, huh? There have just been too many glitches, I think. They should just give everyone that played the "bonus" prize no matter what - with all the trouble we've had to put with.
