any strategies on how to beat aaa?
i find this one hard - my best score is just under 2000

This game is one of monotony rather than skill. Because you get no bonus for clearing a level early but it gets progressively harder, you should try to stay on the earliest levels as long as possible, building up pairs of like-colors, then clearing them consecutively (and trying to clear a large batch when you get to a high number, because you get points for all that you clear, whether the same color or not, and you get more points with each clearing in a row) -- without clearing the whole thing. Just stick new colors to the middle when you get close to the end to make it continue. It'll take a while, but 3500 becomes very easy this way.

Note that any of the bonus ones start your point count over, so try to toggle away from them using the spacebar while you're clearing. And that perimeter one can inadvertently make you pass a level, so I try not to use it at all.

If you mean battledome stats for the shield (the meridell one that was a prize, right?) it is just a wearable, it's not able to be equipped for use in the battledome.

GRR - this one seems harder than normal to get to the 17 second mark in the game - closest i have got is 16 and i have been trying for over an hour now!

Yeah, my highest score is 1705 which just barely beat AAA. Before that my highest was around 15 some seconds so if you can get 16 you're doing better than I was. It seems that people with slower computers have an easier time with this one.

This game is HIGHLY dependent on your computer's speed. My daughter tried to play it on her (relatively new) machine and died after only a few seconds. I played it on my (crappy) machine that always has a lot of trouble handling Flash and got over 3000 on my second go. My daughter moved over to her little sister's (really crappy) computer and got over 4000. (Both "must be reviewed" scores.) So we stopped playing before Neopets freezes us for cheating.

I love this game, It's so easy. I beat AAA on my second go. This should help me get 10k a day.

Yay, I finally got AAA's score. What's really dumb about this game is since you have to hold down the mouse button, if you die over "send score" (or over "play again") you do so whether you want to or not. Yeah, I really wanted to send that score of 0.47 seconds.

Not only do you avoid the spiked balls while you are holding down the mouse button but you also can't touch the ceiling, floor or the sides of the screen.

Closest I have got on the game is to the 14 second mark.
