So did any of you guys get caught up in the whole Volcanic Ash debacle?
Still getting caught up?
It took over 2 weeks for my sis-in-law and her family to get home and my mo-in-law got stuck in tenerife for a week after her holiday. It was pretty rotten, since I had to have a crash course in her job! Doh!

The best part of the ash was that one of my teachers got stuck somewhere in Europe.
I'm too old for this!
Re: Volcanic Ashness
I've been fortunate enough to not have been traveling during that time; safe and sound here in America

Re: Volcanic Ashness
Since I'm in Scotland - we're facing the brunt of the direct ash... ach well. At least I've not planned on flying anywhere for the foreseeable future.
Apparently it's going to continue for the next two years! Eek!

Nah, no problem here. One of my friends got stuck in Australia because she was travelling with BA or something, and her hotel was awesome and let them stay longer for free (they felt sorry for a family with three adults and four kids!) so she basically got an extended holiday.
I don't exist. omo
