I was more then glad to find a site like this. I have used it in the past.. what.. 3 years? - and I haven't chosen to sign up. So. Here I am! A little about me, I'm 15, turning 16 in October. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE rock music, but strange enough, I'm a varsity cheerleader. I normally get lonely. So I'm often active. :p I'm new to this whole thing, so I have no clue if there are "clubs" or "groups" or whatnot. But I am more then willing to join one. I'm a very social person.

Welcome, Elaina! I think there are groups, but I've never joined one, so I don't know how they work. But there are all different forum topics, which I find can be pretty social -- we even have subforums on music and sports.

Hi Elaina!! Welcome to PPT! There are indeed a couple of groups, but they are not terribly active at the moment...

However, the forums are a great place to hang out. As Siniri mentioned, there are a couple of areas for music and sports. I'm sure you'll find a fellow Nirvana fan or two. There's even a few people here who were around when Kurt was making new music... Nevermind was truly an amazing album when it first came out. I am of course only guessing that you're a Nirvana fan

One of our most active threads is the linked song title game, where you need to come up with a (new) song title and artist based on a word in the previous post song title. It's a personal favorite of mine

Oh lord, your guess is correct! :p My father tells me endless stories about how how Nirvana was supposed to headline a tour, but after Kurt's death, Courtney took his place in that specific tour. My dad went there, since he already bought the tickets, and people were throwing bullets at her, taunting her about his suicide. :p I'm obsessed. But thanks for the welcome!! I don't go on forums, so this is the only one I'm using. (: I'm gonna like it here, I'm sure.
