This is after I spun it once (after some load issues) and it gave me a match 2, but no prize. I refreshed a few times before it loaded, and then got the above. Glitchy, much?

spin 4? 3? rotten luck, 4.5k... except not really, my NP didn't budge. Maybe this is why I was reset the other day? That's so dumb; if it says I spun, how am I supposed to know?
