There are 5 Achievements to earn during this week's gameplay:

Sports Fan
Play and submit scores in all Altador Cup games in a single day - Receive 50 Plot Point and a Big Fan

Star Player
Score 8 or more goals in a single Yooyuball game - Receive 100 Plot Points and an MVP Altador Cup Banner

Hat Trick
Play and submit scores in all Altador Cup games for 3 consecutive days - Receive 100 Plot Points and How To Get A Hat Trick (book)

Score 500 or more points in a single Slushie Slinger game - Receive 50 Plot Points and a Great Golden Slushie Plushie

Merch Maniac
Purchase 5 unique items from the Prize Shop - Receive 100 Plot Points and an Altador Cup Prize Shop Haul


Upon completion of all 5 of the above achievements, you will receive an avatar...
You are now eligible to use 'Altador Cup XX' as an avatar on the NeoBoards!

Note that the avatar is named "XX", which is last year's AC? Upon researching, 2024 was indeed XIX, but 2025 was "The Grey Year" and apparently unnumbered. Stupid.

This AC is a joke.

The single day "decides which half" you land in and then another of those was ridiculous.

Only need 1,000 points for a gold trophy.

No ranks.

...cheating group is clearly still in play.

Just....WTH TNT. Wow.

I'm participating, but it's definitely not a "real" Altador Cup to me. At. All.

I sort of feel like I should do a lot more so that I can get a few more items from the prize shop, but... Nope.

Ok, so I did a big final push at the end and made it to 1,503 points, which was just enough to collect the AC XX Stamp. Yesterday, the final scores page was borked, but today I picked up the gold(?) trophy:

So they changed the 300-prize-point skillet omelette to a R100 gourmet food THREE HOURS before the event ended.

Then they took away our team avatars. (This caused enough backlash that they have now given them back, so revisit the AC page if you haven't.)

And they blatantly ignored the obvious cheating done by Kiko Lake's team.

And we didn't actually get an ACXX stamp. The one at the end of the challenge track was a re-release.

And don't get me started on the fact that the trophies don't have our teams on them and say "2026" instead of "XX".

What a mess of an event. Put it back the way it was before, TNT. Single round-robin and finals worked well. Gave time to take care of the cheaters. Actually was more fair for all teams. Yes, it's longer, but if you lower the daily caps, it'll be better in the long run.

Just...meh.

Back to AC XX, and I see that I have a Roo 2018 that is "newer" than the AC XX avatar in my list. Grr.

Yep. You are indeed correct. I have the AC XV stamp. Meh.

Also, They probably did the 2026 because last year was actually AC XX, but it is now being called "The Grey Year". What a Colossal Disaster.

Even if they hadn't called it XX (even though it kinda was?) they still should've stuck with roman numerals. It looks so out of place compared to the rest.

But yeah....it was definitely not the way the AC should be, basically on any level.
