I have once but it was because I was trying to transfer the pet on my own and my 56k modem Internet started lagging.

I have failed three times, but I have succeeded a lot. The times I have failed were when the users didn't want to transfer using my method, so the transfers didn't go right. If only people would listen . . . ;)

I'd be so mad if that happened to me! Especially if it was my pet and I was attached to it.

I retrieved the pet for the other people each time from the users that grabbed them, but it was not a comfortable situation. It's very humbling to have to ask a stranger for a pet back.

(My husband and i adopt and lab pets until they are painted, then give them away.)

Nope. I don't think I've ever lost a pet in transfers. I don't really transfer pets to certain people. I lab 'em, disown 'em, and give someone else the pleasure of having a painted pet.

Yes. I've tried to transfer, by myself and it never worked out. If someone is transferring it to me, or I'm transferring it to them, then its okay..

Yep, okay sorta. I lost my Purple Poogle, when transfering, becuause i was on the wrong account to adopt! I got him back! And Adam's Blumaroo, I was tired that day. I voted no. Im getting Adam's blumaroo back

Well technically no, I've never failed transferring a pet, but that's because I've never tried to transfer a pet.

Nope. One time I was transferring my 1000-day old Peophin (Rainbo), I put her in the pound, didn't have enough NP to adopt her, logged into my other account that I ditched her in, and adopted her back. XD

Yes, when I had a 56k modem. I soon got over it though, because I never tried to transfer pets I was really attached to...

Ugh, don't remind me about transferring pets. That's what got me frozen. And yes I was successful :) but it got me frozen :( (Long Story, if you really care that much about it PM me and I'll tell ya)

i transferred a pet successfully, and then lost another pet in a transfer, i guess the first time i was lucky, as i have a 56k modem. the second time the person who i lost the pet to was extremely rude, and ended up harrassing me, so i blocked them. 8)
