Oncsshelp the Kougra'spet page, number 48 and 50 are about putting a blinkie in the name of the lookup.

It doesn't work for blinkies anymore :( , they've apparently disabled the codes used for the Full Name part for the blinkies.

You used to be able to get around it by putting <u>.</u> as your full name, but I'd be careful if you did that. I'm not sure if it still works though. :/

no that doesn't work anymore,the way it's set up now, makes the tags completely disappear leaving just the .
