Discussion and Debates?

Where is Discussion and Debates? Whenever a thread is nearly going to be locked or people start getting very opinionated the mods always say that it is going to have to go to Discussion and Debates if it continues. But no one ever posts a link and I don't know where it is.

The Debating Table is a forum that only those who sign up and get approved for get to see.

To sign up, go here and click the 'Subscribe' button. :)

That means Jas, that if I say you are right, it means you are wrong... or unless it's completely the opposite now because I posted this, which would make my right your wrong, but really in effect its right because it'd be a twisted double negative... which in turn might flip it again.

Unfortunately, Meowth, Yukio comes with a no refund or trade in guarantee. :P And that includes the minutes you spend trying to figure him out! He's unpredictable!
