Myspace

#1 Post by Joelz Butterfly »

I made a myspace account not too long ago to find old friends. Mine is in my profile if anyone is interested...

Anyone else out there have one that doesn't think they are a waste of time? :D

I don't understand why people like MySpace (no offense). I think it's kinda weird and unecessary.

As a matter of fact, to show my "love" for it, I wrote a satirical column about it for my high school's paper. :P

Well. I've been using it to search for people I knew in other states. I've found 6 people I used to know in elementary school, as well as high school that I lost contact with.

I do have a myspace, but it genrally devolved into a way for me to rant uncontrollably about random things (For example, how much I hate "that fat kid" from Transformers Armada) and to play "poke the bear" every now and then.

I never understood how people love MySpace. What is there to do? o_o I had a MySpace, then deleted it. It was stupid.

Joel, you might wanna take the link to your 'space off, cuz it has some bad language in it, and I dont think you're allowed to link to stuff like that. You could just give it through PM to those who ask. :)

I use MySpace as a way to connect with my friends and stuff, and stuff like that. Plus, it lets me post music- which is the best part, lol.

I think it's addicting.

well you should get the option of "do not play music" as one of your preferences. or you have to press play for it to happen. i dont mind the bands pages having music, as you know you're going to get it, but just peoples profiles having music annoys me!

I'm glad the music on mine annoys people so much.

I have one, and I check it every day, but all it seems to produce is misunderstandings and chainletters. I really have no idea what I like about it.

i find it mildly entertaining that people obviously dont read my profile before trying to add me, as it says in big bold letters "Note: If i dont know you or have never spoken to you i'm not likely to add you as a friend!!"

Im not sure what trend kids find cooler today. The "Myspace is useless, Im above it" or the "Myspace, cool! Must prove I have friends."

I have one, haha.
