avatar or ppl?

I'm in a pickle. My yellow Ruki just got zapped into a Halloween Ruki by the lab ray. Now I just need to attach a baby mummy to it for 20 days to get the mummified avatar.

The thing is, i have a yooyu attached to this pet since the day the altador prize was released. I was actually looking forward to getting the ppl award one day.

I have the following points to consider
1) yooyu may never be choosen for ppl (at least not for a very long time).
2) I have to avoid the lab ray for 20 days to get the avatar.
3) I have enough points leftover from the altador cup to buy 3 Halloween Paintbrushes.

What would you do?

Well, you can get the avatar any other time, but the PPL only comes around once for the Yooyu! I say go for the PPL

There could also be an avatar for the Yooyu and you'd have a head start if it was for a certain number of days.

I'd say:
1/ Keep the Yooyu attached. It definitely seems like a probable PPL candidate to me, if not an avvie petpet.
2/ Maybe change your labpet? You never know when the PPL award is going to come, and when it does, having a Halloween Ruki on hand will be handy.

Couldn't you just adopt another Ruki, paint it with the brush, and dump the Mummy on it? Wouldn't that be the easiest? o_0

The yooyu may not win the PPL for a long time, but when it does you know you'll get it!!

Yeah, but I'd also add you first has to ask yourself whether or not you want to spend a Halloween Paintbrush on that avvie. I say, just wait with the avvie, and go for a few other avvies for now. Do you really want to spend that Brush just for that avvie?

Yeah, but I'd also add you first has to ask yourself whether or not you want to spend a Halloween Paintbrush on that avvie. I say, just wait with the avvie, and go for a few other avvies for now. Do you really want to spend that Brush just for that avvie?

He does have the resources for three of them...

On the other hand, what's a mere twenty days for a PPL award? They're usually for petpets that have been attached for four years or more..

True, but this week's PPL division between first and second place is a matter of hours. If he were to take it off for a few days, he could take himself out of the running for first place with that peptet on PPL.

There are hundreds of avatars... but winning the PPL is much rarer. Eventually, I'm sure the Yooyu will come to the PPL. When it does you're in for a big bounty.

PPL gets priority.

any time you can collect the avatar for the mummy. [I don't think avies become retired, unless it's for an event]

once the ppl hits, just take him off the next day.
