Problem with LDP prize redemption

Anyone tried to redeem LDP prizes lately and know a way around this?

My daughter recently came back to neopets, and we tried to redeem her points in the gift shop of 1,000 Rewards. We got a scroll rack and a useless crystal, and have 6750 points left. We can't seem to get a tep keyring (1000 pts). When we click it, it either refreshes the gift shop, or goes thru the screens for getting one, but never executes the trade.

Also the keyring changes from 'tep' to 'lat' in the shop.

I would definately send a bug report to TNT if I were you.

I just redeemed mine a few days ago (2 PBs), and didn't have any problems, although I didn't try any keyrings.

Agreed with stampsyne, definitely submit a report.
