Look up Volsan. He is a yurble and he is a sultan but I don't remember ever seeing him in a plot. Maybe I missed something in the Lost Desert Plot or something, I didn't do it all.

It was one of those quests similar to the ticket scavenger hunt where you would go around and do different things around cereal adventure land and Volsan was the Sultan yurble who was your "guide"....
