Hi,

My premium is gone! I'm still paying but I can't access my portal and my cards are gone too

Is anyone having the same problems ? I used my SSW yesterday so it happened this night o_O

o.O That's odd. My premium is working fine.

Are you sure that your current credit card is working properly? Can you access any areas that are premium such as the boards?

If it's still not fixed, I would suggest calling in the morning just to see what's up.

Yes I'm sure it's working, my dad owns the card and he uses it daily, I can't access anything, and on my UL it does'nt say "Stealth!" anymore

No new card? (Expired and issued with a new one - you might have to update the expiry date and/or the number if that's the case)

Otherwise, I can't think of anything o.O

http://www.neopets.com/portal will not load for me. Odd, I cannot access Portal BUT when I am on neo and click the circle, it will bring up the premium sidebars.

There are about 30 big glitches going on right now.I'd say,if you are having any other problems,go wait it out at the glitch board.

I hate those ads and I want my portal back :cry:

I asked my dad and he said he paid not so long ago so I really don't know what the problem is

I'm sorry to derail your thread, but is Premium worth it? I'd have to pay for my own and I'm curious to know if it'd be worth the money that could potentially go to other things (like food

I've been wondering the same thing. I know you get access to the SSW and that sounds like it would be fun, and I know about the exclusive space faeire scratch cards, but in the end, is it really worth the money?

Worth it? It all depends on how you play neopets. If you want that big pay out every month from Plushie Tycoon, it is SO worth it. If you love to snipe of the Wiz and resell, it is very very handy to have the Super Wiz.

I don't find the 1000 np monthly gift, special REs, and the weekly Space Faerie Scratchcard to be worth it.

Well, I'll put it this way: I play Neopets because I have fun doing it. Is it so much more fun with Premium that it'd be worth sacrificing the entertainment budget for every month?

Why are you asking us? We can't fix the problem, so just call/e-mail whatever premium members get to us and ask for help. It's a big glitch for all your premium stuff to just go away....so they should be willing to help you.

Since the price is the same as my morning latte, it being worth it is totally subjective. I can suggest you try the 15 day free trail to see if it is worth it to you.
