Easy Contest! Win 200,700 nps! Winner = Last post of 2006!!
Wow, talk about easy money.
RULES: For this contest, all you have to do is be the LAST PERSON to post in this thread in the year 2006. I figured no point in putting up this board until the last day, right?
PRIZE:The winner wins a whopping 200,700 NPS! (for the year 2007!)
CONTEST DATE/TIME:So when IS 2007 officially? This is a contest for neopoints..... so It's based on NEOPIAN STANDARD TIME... which you can find on the top right corner of the front page on neopets, or on your neopets sidebar under the "log out" button. The contest ends when it becomes January in neopia... the last person to post HERE during neopet's year 2006 is the victor!
I don't know if people would cheat or not to get 200k, so I'm going to set the post limit to 200 posts to win this contest.
SO. Let it begin. Feel free to post on this board about this contest as much as you like during the course of the day... who knows, maybe nobody will respond, and you will remain the VICTOR!
How far away is midnight NST now??? If its anything before January 1st NST than you better POST!

Er. Forum time is whatever the user sets it as. For example, I currently have mine set to EST (-5 GMT), but I can easily go into my profile and change it to -12 GMT.
Sooo basically it ends at... *looks at time you posted* 7 PM EST aka 4 PM PST/NST? *slightly confused now*

The last post for 2006 in NST time must be made at 11.59 pm 31st December. You must work out what time that is in PPT Time and post in this thread at that time.
My time on PPT is set up to coincide with NST (I don't need to know what time it is at home as I have a computer clock).
That way, I know that anything posted about Neopets (example Tarla, plots, cookie-grabbers, etc) is happening in "real" time. I don't have to try and work out the time difference between me and Neopets. (Which is quite a lot because I live in Australia).

2007 for me, is in exactly 11 hours from now, and the Neopian new day starts at 5.00pm for me, so I have no problems with the time.
Lucky Australians.
