Fonts Look Ugglly on Firefox

#1 Post by Matterbug »

So, I just downloaded Firefox because IE was being a jerk and crashing all the time, and I must say, I fell madly in love with it!

My one problem is that many fonts just look plain ugly on some websites- PPT included. I know there are ways to change fonts and such, but I'm not sure what settings will look the best.

Does anyone have advice on how to make Firefox look it's best?

Thanks so much! :D

Well, I've gotten use to the changed fonts and don't mind it as much.

But if you want, you can install the IE rendering add-on and browse under IE while in Firefox.

IE7 uses ClearType to antialias fonts by default, so any font will look better in IE7 than Firefox by default. If you're using XP/Vista, you can turn on ClearType in all applications (including Firefox) by following these instructions.
