They freeze my first account nimo143 after some time I get it unfrozen. But alas...my password doesn't work. And after sending in countless emails, explaining my word doesn't work, I have yet to hear from them. And mind you, this happened back in May of this year.

Second thing. They freeze my main account wiccan_wolf because they think I was copying other peoples art for the Beauty Contest. I have never copied anyones art. I have modeled a few poses, but never copied.

I lost my Royal Krawk, Grey Acara, halloween Lenny, Blue Ogrin, access to both secret and petpet labs. Several petpet paint brushes, including, Halloween, Darigan, Sketch, Christmas. I also lost close to 80 different petpets, including, a faerie zomutt, several painted faellies. I lost all my pirate items that were in my gallery, including several which are unbuyable. I lost all the codestones I snipped.

And, even though my account was frozen, TNT still took the $8.00 out of my bank account for premium. So I had to fax them, explaining why I wanted my money back, and so far it still hasn't been returned.

So thanks to TNT freezing me, for something I didn't do, I lost my account, I lost all my items, my avatars, sidebars, and my pets.

I have to start over with my account Ipswitch So at the moment...I really love tnt

Might be a daft question, but can't you use the send pass option for that account?

I'm not even sure myself where TNT's customer service went but it used to be grand (I'm talking years back though). I wonder, if you're still on premium is there any way to contact them through that?

The email I used to create nimo hasn't been accessed in a while. As in years....

I got talking to a {oddly enough} nice person from neopets, about my BC entry. She said if she could see the layers maybe I could get the account back. I told her i hand draw all my images, and that I could send her both the before it was colored and after.

The lady I'm talking to, same as above, said to send in another report, and explain in the report what I told her, so I did. Now I'm just waiting.

Sorry to hear you are having so many problems with Neo at the moment. Sometimes it seems that TNT are all deaf, dumb and blind. I hope it gets sorted out quickly for you.

I don't know if that was the name of the movie or someplace/name in it, but I actually live in Ipswich (in Australia) and I know of an Ipswich in England. It is sounds like there should be a T in it but there isn't.

Could you go into more detail as to what the problem was? What do you mean by "modeled"? If you re-draw someone else's image that is still art theft and should be punishable with a freezing. Maybe I am misunderstanding what you're saying you did.

If what I take the meaning to be, it's taking the pose of a character and recreating it and not the character themselves. Say someone saw the Mona Lisa. Rather than draw the woman in the painting, they draw another person or creation. You've recreated the pose but not the actual content.

That's pose copying and I consider it to be a form of art theft. Henu24 and various other Neopian artists have had to deal with that in the past and I take it very seriously. Never copy someone else's pose. If you want anatomy references for Neopets, google some images of the animal they most resemble and get a feel for the proportion that way. Don't eyeball someone else's work, copy the pose exactly, and just slap on a few specifics that identify it as 'your' Neopet.

Oh Wolf! I'm so sorry! You did have a marvelous account. I hope nothing like that happens to me! I've seen so many posts from people who have been playing for so long getting their accounts frozen for no reason and I'm scared that's going to happen to me! I hope you can regain your things quickly and that TNT will work with you!

Thank goodness you got your account back! I'd cry if something similar happened to me.

But, these freezes of longtime and dedicated players worry me. I've actually started to decrease the amount I do (and the time I spend) on Neopets. I just don't want to take the risk of having all I've done in the past 5+ years go byebyes because of an innocent mistake, random glitch, or assumption of breaking the rules/regulations. I've abandoned my guild AND all the chat features. Too much risk.

TNT was a bit thick with me a few months ago because my account was so old, but luckily I got it back. But I am very irritated about their unfair freezing lately. The game isnt even fun anymore because everyones afraid of making an accidental wrong move and losing everything.

I am afraid I will make an accidental mistake quite often, so I don't go on the boards or use side accounts. I just don't want to lose all my hard work for the past 5 years.

You'd think with all the money they're supposedly making, they would hire more support staff, but apparently there are better things for them to spend their money on. *grumble*

Actually, their job openings page has gotten larger since the last time I checked.
