removing password off windows user account problems!

hey,

Ive currently got a password on my account of windows xp, which i set a while ago. But now i want to take it off, as i dont need one there anymore. Everytime i try to remove the password i get this:

I really don't understand whats wrong. Ive restored my laptop but that didnt do anything!

1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type: control userpasswords2 , and then click OK.
3. In the dialog box that appears, uncheck the "Users must enter a user name
and password to use this computer" check box, and then click OK.
