He can not login to a side account even though he puts the correct password in and the correct birthday but it keeps saying incorrect birthdate. He did send in a form to neopets but they need more information like his neofriends.
What if he doesn't have neofriends on this account?
What else can he do?
Should he just forget this account and create a new one?

If he is sure he has no Neofriends on his account, he can send a reply back to The Neopets Team stating that he has no Neofriends present on that account, that's just as much of a acceptable answer as if he went through a list of names.

Just have him answer as many questions as he can. If he says "I have no neofriends" and he doesn't, that would probably be just as acceptable as listing off neofriends. As for birth date, when you become a neofriend to someone it tells you the age of that person. So if you do that,
you would be able to pinpoint the year of the birth date used and narrow down the guessing field.

Hmm, my little brother forgot the birth date - he got the account back via the path you are taking, with nothing but the pets on it though. TNT don't seem to be too forgiving in these instances.

Same! My little sister went through this and she's still waiting for her account back, because she had no trades, no auctions, no neofriends, etc. I was wondering if putting in the username of a real life friend that plays neo also and knows that you played would help...?

Should he mention the names of the other accounts he owns like his main account and three side accounts.

I think that's definitely a good idea. Anything to help TNT verify that he is who he says he is. Any detail helps.
