How do I close a frame with a hyperlink in Dreamweaver 8?

How do I close a frame with a hyperlink in Dreamweaver 8?

How do I close a frame with a hyperlink in Dreamweaver 8? I have a splash page with two frames, however, when the "CONTINUE" hyperlink is clicked, I want the next page (with no frames) to appear. I could just sidestep the problem by having it open the page in a new window, but that would not be unsatisfactory.
