I have gone through about four days at my new school without making friends. Everyone has a little circle of friends.
I'm really outgoing and such, but I seem to be ignored! I try to socialize at break, but It's not working. I feel like such a misfit, and I'm really lonely. I kind of have friends, but they frequently ignore me, which makes it worse.

Worse still, I feel that there's nothing I really excel at, anymore. I used to be top of my class, but now I'm matched with someone who's a lot more popular for seemingly no reason, and who is one of my "friends".

What's a very lonely girl in an all-girls school where they wear blazers to do?

That's why the quotation marks are there. They seem like my friends, but they really aren't.
