"bill" is the billboard ie trade adverts etc, and P&P is promotions and plugging, its the last forum in the list...

I should have posted this, but the RE was from a few weeks ago, I just didn't paint any of my pets until yesterday. I wanted Royal, but it wasn't an option, so I had to decide what pet to paint with an expensive pb I, and that took me a while. I guess people still aren't getting RE's then?
