When I click on your link, I just get taken to the rpgamer.net index page. I went through the links on the site to find it manually and when I clicked on "The lieutenant!", the same things happens.

Btw, I looked around at the other images and the characters remind me a lot of the characters in Ragnarok Online ( http://iro.ragnarokonline.com ). Very cool.
