Hmmm I bought a few veespas just in case. If it really is that though, I highly doubt I get one. I'm all about the furry fuzzy-wuzzy pets.

No, this new species WILL NOT be limited edition! That means everyone who can adopt another Neopet will be able to get one.

Guardiandevil, while that does throw some doubt onto the whole petpetpet--->pet aspect of this, it doesn't kill it.

That's from Issue 140 of the Neotimes. Okay, at that time, the Yurble hadn't be released. The person was asking about the unreleased Yurble and then still unreleased pet. The person responding to the question talks about only one pet (the Yurble, I'm guessing. As the Yurble isn't limited edition).

Yeah, species is used as singular and plural (or at least where I live it is).

"There are three species of plant living in my yard."
"You have a rare species of plant there."

Yeah, except they used the worth "This". This makes is seem like they're talking about only one type of pet, not both.

Speaking of species they ment the yurble, they had not existed yet, and what do you know, their unlimited. But they never said anything about the new new pet. They just said that he wasnt a giraffe and was unique. Hint, hint, first ever petpetpet>pet.

Edit: Now, if they are hinting to it being a petpetpet to pet thing, we should really start figuring out how to make the veespa or moach into a pet. My only guess would be to take them to the remains of the giant jelly and have them eat it???
