I did have a Illusen set, but it stunk, but I have the perfect idea. But...is it safe to have a cloned image by someone else in the BG, or can it only be a offic. neopets image?

Are official neopets images classed as images found on the neopets sites (except for thos in the art gallery, NT comics etc)? I've found a pic in the backgrounds section which isn't in typical neopets stylee that i'd like to use, but wanted to check first...

(yes i still havent chosen my image to use.... i'm sooooo indecisive!!! it's the bane of my life!!)
