I did have a Illusen set, but it stunk, but I have the perfect idea. But...is it safe to have a cloned image by someone else in the BG, or can it only be a offic. neopets image?

Another potentially stupid question: does it have to be within the PPT size limits for sets? Or can it be any size?

Are official neopets images classed as images found on the neopets sites (except for thos in the art gallery, NT comics etc)? I've found a pic in the backgrounds section which isn't in typical neopets stylee that i'd like to use, but wanted to check first...

(yes i still havent chosen my image to use.... i'm sooooo indecisive!!! it's the bane of my life!!)

Yes. It can be an item, from a background, from a blog, whatever. As long as it is an official Neopets image drawn by someone at Neopets.

Basically, no fanart and the like.

My creativity went down the drain this week, so I'm submitting an older set I made a few weeks ago. Yes, I know the background colours are different, IIRC I think it was requested like that. Or something.
