RENT and Phantom of the Opera almost hands down for me, although Grease is great too :D (And so is Chicago...)

Nearly All Disney Films - Particuarly The Lion King, Hercules, Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, Pocahontas and the Hunchback of Notre Dame....

The Phantom Of The Opera.

Oklahoma!
Grease.
Purple Rain.
The Nightmare Before Christmas/The Corpse Bride.

Cool Runnings. - OK, it's not a musical, but the soundtrack is wicked and I know all the words... And I always sing along.
The Wizard of Oz.
Chicago.
Moulin Rogue.
Bugsy Malone.
Joseph and the Technicolour Dreamcoat... Shut up, Igg...
Any Muppets Film.
Any Elvis film...
A Hard Day's Night, if that counts.
Fiddler on The Roof.

I spent most of my last summer watching all of these hilariously bad musicals at my friend's house while drunk... I mean, giggling a lot.

Did someone say HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL!!!! It's so silly...I'm in grade nine...i'm not supposed to like these kind of things...BUT I LOVE IT!!! I have all the songs on my iPod and I listen to them constantly...omg! A music video just came onto family -starts dancing- OMG! I love it!!!
