I have been told that there are places on Neopets (same every year) that we can go to to get goodie bags and other things of interest. Can anyone help me out with locations and times :evil: :D

No worries! On Halloween, PPT will have a list posted of where to go. Also, sometimes you get a trick instead of a treat ;)

EDIT: When you get a trick, you can revisit that location and get your treat.

Well, you get goodie bags right? I still have some from the past couple of years in my SDB. I believe you have a pet play with one to open it.

I am sure there were in the same spot 2 years ago (except that there were only 4 bags), and last year 2 more locations were added.

but i just went to the ones listed and didn't get anything, even though the news says there should be prizes now
