Halloween freebies

I have been told that there are places on Neopets (same every year) that we can go to to get goodie bags and other things of interest. Can anyone help me out with locations and times :evil:

No worries! On Halloween, PPT will have a list posted of where to go. Also, sometimes you get a trick instead of a treat

EDIT: When you get a trick, you can revisit that location and get your treat.

Can you get more than one treat? Or is it just one treat per person?

It's one treat per location (so you'll end up with 6 goodie bags)

Well, you get goodie bags right? I still have some from the past couple of years in my SDB. I believe you have a pet play with one to open it.

I've never been around for Halloween, but that would make sense...to have the pet play with it to activate it, that is.

Last year two places were added making it 6. the year before it was only 4 if I recall properly.

I am sure there were in the same spot 2 years ago (except that there were only 4 bags), and last year 2 more locations were added.

It's not Halloween yet. The news is up early, but they haven't been released.
