Thanks... I mean, the ONLY reason I created that second account was to figure out who I needed to contact! If they seriously are going to treat me (a long time gold account member who regularly donates) like this, they have the worst customer service in HISTORY.

Ignorance of the rules is no excuse to break them. You should have
read the Terms and Conditions before joining. Your friend allowed
someone other than himself to access his account which is also against
the rules.

I responded:
I never went on my roommate's account, Dragao. EVER. He created that account on his own months before he moved in with me, and I had never once logged in as him. I had sat next to him while he was on the computer, but that's the closest I'd ever gotten to being on his account. Danne did NOTHING against the terms and conditions.
Please unfreeze his account.
And I will not be returning to Subeta if this is how you treat paying customers. I cannot speak for my room mate Danne, but i'm fairly certain that if you refuse to unfreeze his account on which he did NOTHING wrong, his sentiments will echo mine.

I created Nimhe AFTER I was frozen so that I could still be on the site while I was waiting for a response. I did not attempt to make another account after this one was frozen as well. I had no pets on it and made no attempt to make money in any way, it was simply so that I could be connected with the users on the site so that they might help me figure out how to unfreeze my and my room mates accounts. When I was frozen the email I needed to contact was not showing up for some reason so I had to ask the shoutbox who I needed to contact.

and got this in response:
Creating any extra accounts for any reason is against the Terms and
Conditions of Subeta, which you agreed to when you joined the site.

You will be free to create a new account in 12-14 months, when your
current accounts have been cleared from the system. Please do not
attempt to create another account. Any attempts to create a new
account before your current one has been cleared from the system will
result in an automatic freezing, along with a renewal of the wait
period before you may return to the site.

It's not really that surprising - even if they the password is hashed so that they can't tell what it actually is (doesn't have to be), you can still compare two hashes to figure out they were provided by an identical password without knowing what that password is. Giving that both accounts are frozen, I doubt there's any perceived risk in telling you that you've used the same password on both of them.
