This is how I write my papers. I write basically write about nothing, and try to sound smart :P

The format for this essay is sooo messed up! I'm not allowed to say "you," "your," "I," "think," or "my." Ugggghhh. And its persuasive and I'm not allowed to ignore the opposition and dodge all questions like a sleazy politician. :roll: And I'm not allowed to obscure the truth. What fun is a persuasive essay then. :roll:

State things authoritatively, without making appeals to the reader personally, like "How would you feel if you had to go hungry every night?" I remember those papers from high school. You stick to factual statements like "Every day, the average Nigeran eats X quantities of food, while the average American eats X + a lot more food," or position statements like "People starving is not right." These are horrible examples, but that's because persuasive essays are generally hard to do without having a bunch of statistics on hand to pad it out.

Tired, frustrated, and irritated. I swear, people calling this morning have been Stupid with a capital S. As if they can figure out what a capital letter is! Seriously.
