Also I think this new system is going to result in alot of unfair/illegal selling of pets. Before there was nothing to say that a transfer would go smoothly and so people where very unlikely have risked the Neopoints for the pet. But now I see the selling becoming more likely with a transfer easily done.
Not all painted pets look like regular pets even with no clothes. Painted pets such as sketch, shadow, split etc can still be adopted.
Also special pets will still be surfable - baby, mutant, maraqua.
Actually Painted Pets are a dime a dozen if you refresh long enough - especially since a lot of people use the lab now just to paint and pound.
The Transfer system looks like it will be like the Item Transfer - but you will get 3 days to accept it.
If the user does not log on and accept the transfer during the next three days, your Neopet will automatically return to you.
But with all new things, there will probably be some hiccups along the way.

I have read the FAQ and this thread.
These people are getting, essentially, free pets whereas I am paying tens of millions to train my pet. I consider this extremely annoying and frustrating because they are not doing any "work" and are still getting strong pets. I suppose if I had the name of a strong pet, I would not feel this way, but I don't, so I am extremely mad.
